Cooling Tower Solutions

Most of water employed for industrial for purpose is used for cooling a product or process because of its availability heat transfer is simply the movement of heat from one body another . the hotter being the source and the cooler the receiver is called cooling tower or heat exchanger.

The cooling tower is system which deal heat exchange with air and atmosphere. Types of cooling tower is as follows;

  1. Once through cooling tower
  2. Closed recirculatione
  3. Open recirculation cooling tower
    1. Dry cooling tower
      1. Coil cooling tower
      2. Fin fan cooling tower
    2. Wet cooling towe
      1. Mechanical draft - Forced
      2. Mechanical draft - Induced
      3. Natural draft - Hyperbolic cooling tower
      4. Natural draft - Atmospheric cooling towe

Cooling Tower Tree

Each system is impacted by the raw water source, air quality, flow rates, metallurgy, temperature, humidity, operating procedures, and a host of other factors. There is no one size fits all solution: the best cooling water treatment programs are tailored to fit each system.

Our treatment programs start with an assessment of the process, water chemistry, cooling requirements and metallurgy in your system. This allows us to determine whether there is a tendency to corrode, scale, foul, or a combination of the three. Our cooling water chemical programs are effectively used to reduce and prevent these issues in industrial cooling water systems.

Aqua regia pvt expertly applies our products to keep your system running at peak efficiency, extend equipment life, reduce water usage, and protect the environment. We also offer state-of-the-art control and monitoring technology with DCS compatibility to increase reliability and decrease costs.

Closed circulation cooling tower

Most chilled water systems incorporate an open recirculation cooling water system with a cooling tower for condenser cooling. Our field engineers have expertise with all associated equipment including evaporative condensers, shell and tube heat exchangers, plate and frame heat exchangers, etc.

Heat exchanger

Heat exchangers remove unwanted heat and typically transfer it to a recirculating cooling water stream. While water cooled heat exchangers are used most often (shell and tube and plate and frame), some heat exchangers are air-cooled.

Once-through cooling systems

Once-through cooling systems are often used to remove heat from the surface condensers or to service the power and paper industries. Cooling water is only used once and then discharged, resulting in a highly water-intensive operation.

Open recirculation systems

Open system provide the most common form of industrial cooling, continually recycling and reusing the same water for equipment cooling needs. In these systems, water leaving the cooling tower is pumped to industrial applications using heat exchangers, condensers, air compressor jackets, or process reactors.
