Boiler Solutions

Aqua Regia (pvt) Ltd provides customizable boiler water treatment solutions to address common boiler problems such as corrosion, deposition, and scaling. Holistic programs are available that combine chemistry, equipment, data analytic, and field services to address these and other problems and thereby drive enhanced operational efficiency, safety, and reliability in your steam generating system( boiler).

There are two types of boilers:

  • — Water Tube Boiler
  • — Fire Tube Boiler

Water Tube Boiler

It is high pressure boiler in which water is present in tubes and fire or heating source is in shell.

Fire Tube Boiler

It is low pressure boiler in which fire or heating source is in tube and water is in shell.

Pressure range of boilers

  1. Low pressure boiler 0 — 450 psi
  2. Medium pressure boiler 450 — 900 psi
  3. High pressure boiler 900 and Above

Aqua Regia (pvt) Ltd inspects every phase of your boiler operation, including feed water quality, boiler internals, fireside conditions, condensate return, chemical feed, control and monitoring equipment, and blow down control systems. Our programs increase system efficiency, decrease plant downtime and maintenance costs, and extend equipment life.

A boiler water treatment program’s primary function is to keep heat transfer surfaces (steam-generating and associated tubes) free from scale and deposition. The second function is to inhibit corrosion. Boiler deposits are problematic because they typically contain undesirable levels of metal oxides, mineral scale, sludge, or various combinations. Corrosion generally occurs because of excessive levels of dissolved oxygen, but can also develop under tube deposits. Deposits and corrosion can lead to boiler tube failures that result in costly repairs and downtime.

Feed Water

We has the most experienced field engineers among boiler water treatment companies, ensuring the feed water to your steam generators is properly treated and consistent. Our expert engineer and chemist provide a appropriate solution and chemical formulation of feed water for boiler or steam generating systems.

Condensate Return

High quality condensate is a valuable boiler feed water component. To ensure returned condensate contributes the most efficiency to your system, it must be treated to achieve acceptable quality.

Additional Capabilities

There are numerous areas and components that are important to your boiler system operation. Damage can occur in DE-aerators, economizers, furnaces, burners, casings, drums, tubes, super heaters, and steam lines if not inspected on a regular basis. Regardless of how well your boiler feed water is treated and prepared, internal boiler water treatment is still necessary to prevent several boiler problems and keep your system running at its best.
